I started Ayni Nutrition because I wanted to offer the kind of care I wish I’d had—care that actually listens, connects the dots, and honors the whole person. After 15 years in practice, hundreds of clients, and thousands of consult hours, I’ve seen the same thing over and over again: when people are given the right tools and trusted support, they heal—and not just physically.
Whether it’s gut issues, hormone shifts, or mystery symptoms that never seem to make sense, I guide my clients to real answers and lasting change through a process that’s both science-backed and deeply personalized.

In the Quechua language, ayni means sacred reciprocity. It’s the idea that healing isn’t a transaction—it’s a relationship. I give my time, training, and care. You show up with curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to trust your body again. That’s the partnership I create with every client.

The future of Ayni Nutrition is rooted in empowerment and expansion. I’m building out new offerings that teach the foundations of sovereign healing—so more people can take back agency over their own health and lives. Through my Sovereign Wellness Collective, I’m creating a space for like-hearted individuals who care not just about their personal healing, but about healing the collective and the planet too.
My mission is to build a community of people living in sacred reciprocity—with themselves, with others, and with the Earth. Because when we reclaim our health, we reclaim our power—and from that place, everything can change.
